  • I was passing through town and met some people here. Sentient Bean has the best service with the nicest people that I've ever experienced at a coffee shop. The food selection is great. They have vegan options that are more than just a black bean burger, and the coffee is good with nice, large cups.

  • very interesting style. laid back and friendly. the coffee and the service were excellent. I had the chive and feta scone. fantastic flavor and the steel cut oatmeal carried me through the day the bonus was a delightful conversation with a local

  • Pretty cool, chill, place. Sweet staff and Good coffees with a large variety of other cafe type items. They might wanna update the couches, don't have to be new; it's just that the current ones look a Little " too warn" to put it lightly.

  • This review is of the coffee only - double espresso tasted more like a single shot with extra water, weak. Initially had only a bitter taste with no sour notes, the espresso smelled as if beans were ground ahead of time rather than at the time of order. Once I got down half of the double shot I began tasting the sour notes and it became more concentrated, which to me says the double shot was a single with extra water rather than two single shots of espresso. Overall it was not bad, but slightly disappointing given the reviews. Cafe M was much better from my experience. Nice people here, though - and fast service.
