  • Five stars. We had a great experience at this hotel! We stayed on our way back home following hurricane Irma. It was a horrible daylong drive and the hotel was completely full with tired families. Every employee we encountered, from the valet parking to the manager, was very helpful, efficient and accommodating. The room was spotless clean and the kids enjoyed the extra space. The heated pool was just what we needed after an all day ordeal. Overall a very nice hotel made wonderful by the the people working there.

  • Nice comfortable hotel.. Breakfast is commendable during the week.. you get fewer choices on the weekend.. I have never been a fan of hotels charging their guest to park their vehicles. For the rate of $250 for a weekend day parking should be free.

  • We we're traveling with our two daughters, and had a king bed with a partial wall then a pull out sectional, semi separate rooms for us and the kids, so one girl slept on the pull out and the other on the other bend of the sofa. They hate sleeping together so it was perfect. Continental breakfast was good, just make sure to get down long before it closes, as it was full and even though we came down at least 10/15 minutes before it closed we didn't get eggs because they weren't refilled (I heard another family running into the same issue.) Pool/spa we're simple but great for the kids to get wet and cool off. Location. Was great for walking and exploring

  • The staff was very nice. As a hotel guest i didnt like the $26 valet fee so i opted to pay $10 to park at the parking garage around the corner. A bigger variety for breakfast would be nice as well.

  • This was an amazing hotel. The rooms are very large and modern. The staff is very friendly and breakfast each morning was great. The pool is a little on the warm side while the hot tub is only luke warm, not hot. You can easily walk to River Street from here. We will stay here again!
