This is a private estate surrounding a beautiful bungalow that serves as a guest house for tourists. This is actually a non- profit organization that was built a few decades ago to bring back the exotic bird species after the tragic Hurricane Flora hit the island and there was almost no sign of birds that would earlier be the symbol of beauty of the island. The estate was owned by Eleanor Alefounder whose nephew now looks after the estate. The main purpose is thus, to promote the native flora and fauna of the island.

The guesthouse on the other hand is a favorite lodging of many tourists given the comfort and facilities they get here the owner family leaves no stone unturned to make you feel at home.
