East Snyder Park in Selinsgrove is a lovely park packed with many facilities. Enveloped in lush green grass, the park is beautifully landscaped and has a large open area where kids can wildly run around and have fun. The park is spread over a vast area and includes a baseball field as well as a tot-lot. The tot-lot has swings, slides, rope climbers, and monkey bars where children enjoy to their heart’s content. There are also pavilions in the park where you can host small get-togethers. A good place to enjoy some quality time with close ones, consider visiting this park on a weekend.

  • Great clean playground. Lots to do. No great big kids with the little ones. More shade would be great for the adults. However there was great seating for parents. Lots of fun

  • It was a great place to host a cross country invitational. Unfortunately I did not see a sign listing everything they had at the park. For that reason I I took away a star. I also needed a bathroom. And didn't find one and an elderly couple was searching for one and couldn't find one either and seemed distressed. For that reason I took away a second star. However, as a Mother of a child with severe disabilities I saw something truly touching. A Mother or therapist brought a small signifigantly disabled child, put braces on his legs, put an electric cart together and placed him in the cart. The child's eyes lit up and he was so excited to take off and go to the park! He reviewed his rules for driving the cart and with a huge grin took off. His driver was right behind him with a special kind of Walker that would help him to get around in the playground. To see the pure joy and opportunity for independence the playground brought to a signifigantly disabled child was worth n extra star in my book!

  • This park has great play equipment for all ages BUT there is no shade! By 9 am the place is sweltering hot and I can't imagine how hot the equipment is in the afternoon. It has to be unplayable. It's unfortunate, really. They need WAY more trees.

  • Excellent place for all children to play and interact. Please put a sign up about parents watching their children... There was a young girl who was bullying other children and shoving them while her mother sat in the picnic area! Thank you

  • Great place to take the kids. Nice playground and has picnic areas
