  • Love this place. Mellow location within easy walking distance to market and capital hill. Service is friendly and always on top of things. Fantastic pool, hot tub, real steam sauna and dry heat sauna. Most all the amenities you can think of in great supply everywhere. No hesitation staying here again.

  • i stayed in this hotel last year for a conference & had a great experience, this year for the conference not so much. out of a 6 day stay they only cleaned my room twice the whole stay. after the first 3 days i poke with someone and they cleaned the room and promised it wouldn't happen again & they never came back until i day i was scheduled to leave. it seems that the service in this hotel has deteriorated drastically! rooms were a bit pricey and the only bright spot was the service in the restaurant! the service there was great but the food options were limited & $27 for a meal of burgers, fries & a coke seems a bit steep in my opinion.

  • If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Great place to stay, middle of lots of bars and restaurants. Friendly staff - reception sent us wine and chocolate for our anniversary and the house cleaning found one of my wife's lost items. Got a couples massage and really enjoyed the service. Would definitely stay again!

  • Hyatt 8 was one of the best hotel experiences I had. The location is right off downtown Seattle so all the tourist spots are walking distance and get you're slightly away from all the noise. The rooms are big and spacious and come equipped with coffee makers and all the bathroom amenities that you need. The gym is pretty big and has quite a wide variety of machines and the pool has got 4 lanes and also a hot tub. My only complaint is that parking is super expensive if you choose valet ($55 per night) and even if you choose to park yourself, you still pay $35 per night. You're better off finding a 24 hour lot nearby. Overall a good experience. Will definitely go back.

  • You won’t regret staying at this hotel. Pros: Clean Newly remodeled Good location, 12 minute walk to the pier Great bed and pillows Environmentally friendly, love the key feature to activate power in the room. Awesome fitness center and pool. The equipment is top-notch. Opportunities for Improvement: No door on the shower resulting in a wet floor and a cold experience. I don’t get this design trend. Room lighting is a little dark and the hue is a nasty yellow. Very limited room service options. The food I ordered was good and not overly priced, but there aren’t a lot of options.
