  • Reasonably priced for superbly fresh seafood and wonderful cooking. Plates are perfect for sharing. The broiled oysters are simply out of this world, as is the Black Cod collar. Enjoyed my meal very much! Highly recommended but try to make reservation before coming

  • From what I'm told, this is the oldest restaurant in Seattle. Well they've had plenty of time to perfect their food. It's clearly, lovingly hand crafted and cooked (or not, Sushi!) to perfection. The tables for 6 or more are intimate rooms of rice paper and Japanese art where you remove your shoes to enter. Authentic is an understatement. Love this place!

  • Had the fish of the day, not on the menu. Several pieces were tough and pretty mediocre. No special sauces or toppings on the fish, just basic presentation. Rolls were nicely done, but very modestly sized. Overall would think you can do better for the money. Very nice service though.

  • Could be one of the best Japanese restaurants with reasonable price in Seattle. Warm environment. Fresh food. Fair service. Call in advance to make reservation before you go

  • Amazingly delicious food that was reasonably priced with superior quality taste! Staff was friendly and caring, and offered very prompt service even though it was very busy. You do need to make a reservation unless you want to sit at the 21+ bar, which fills up quick! Great for groups, dates, and families are welcome even though the place is chic. 100% recommend. We will be back!
