  • A great place for the people to get away from city. The entry time is terrible this summer. We were there last Saturday, arriving at 12pm. The entrance were super low, 1 hr waiting time. We have visiting Mt Rainier for many years, for some reason, this year is the worst. Hope National Park service can do something to speed up the process. So many new technologies are out there. Do something, don't let the long line turn visitors away. Other than that, the park is great. Reflection lake Trail is less traveled, really a gem.

  • It is so pretty! We came on Sunday in August in the afternoon, we had to wait for about one hour at the gate. After reach the top parking is all full, we had to park on the other side of the lodge. The view is really nice after about one mile hiking to the glacier . It's cloudy and we could only see the full view few times.

  • Great park! - $25 entry ticket will give you access to the park for 6 days which is cool. Plan to come early in day to avoid traffic at the park entrance as it has only two ticket counters . - must see Water falls ( NARADA , Silver Falls, myrtle falls) - Paradise visitor center is well organized. - if you like trek then you have so many activities - must try MT. Rainer Railroad trip it comes before you enter par —————————— only pain points are if you come late you will be stuck in traffic to enter park and even though visitor centers have adequate parking if you come in late it will be difficult to find parking of your liking... 😊

  • You know your in for a beautiful, wondrous day! The entrance is so pretty and I felt at peace from first glance! We had fantastic weather and sunny skies! It was exactly what I had hoped for!

  • Main entrance to the park. It's quite a distance from I-5 and still a good drive to the Narada fall and Paradise visitor center. Friendly rangers and quick moving queue - I imagine it gets very busy during the peak summer months. Nice drive before and after the visitor center - lots of trees.
