Queen Mary Tea Room Reviews & Ratings
This place is genuinely delightful. We went for high tea and they had a wonderful selection of teas and delicious food. We had average service but all the amazing food and beverages made up for it. It is easy to find parking in this area and on top of high tea offers brunch and other lunch options. You can also take things to go and buy the most adorable tea cups. If you love tea this is a treat and should be a place on your list to go if you’re in Seattle.
Seriously love it! I was so obsessed with the carrot ginger soup and chicken salad sandwiches served with the afternoon tea that I had to go back the next weekend for more! The service is lovely and everything is amazing!
A bit on the dear side, but that's high/afternoon tea for you! Small cafe space, feels crammed (very London-like) but nice atmosphere & good tea, however the cakes lack in quality. Fortunately, staff is quite kind & accommodating. QM is a nice treat, especially on a quiet weekday. Avoid on weekends!
First visit and thoroughly enjoyed Afternoon Tea selections. Wide variety of teas to choose from. Plus they brought around small samples of a couple others. The English eats were all flavorful and had a balanced taste together. Reasonably priced.
I'm going to start by saying that for two people to get an Afternoon Tea here (that's a multi-course meal, not a single cup of tea) it's about $100. Also, it's a tea shop with some tight spaces and obviously a lot of breakable stuff, so think hard about bringing very young kids here. But I seem to end up going here every year with either my husband or my mom, because it's just so fun and intimate and fancy. Today I took my out of town cousin that I hadn't seen in years, and we talked about our grandma and our aunts and Disney movies, and just generally had a wonderful tea party. I've been coming here at least a couple times a year for 7 years and they always make me and my guests feel very special.
