  • Excellent ambience and great staff. Good coffee too. Would highly recommend all coffee lovers. They also have a bar which serves coffee based cocktails. They do have lot seating area and the place looks great. They also have a small section for souvenirs. Towards the back of the store, you will see the factory where you may see workers packaging coffee.

  • In town for a few days and this place is absolutely amazing! One of a kind rare to find! I mean it. It is such a cozy, clean environment and the workers are friendly. I will definitely visit again.

  • This is a better Starbucks experience than the “original” one in Pike Market. This place is big and service is faster than Pike. Yes, it’s pretty cool to say you’ve been to the original Starbucks (or close anyway), but this is really a better overall experience. The one in Pike is small, crowded and the line is out the door 90% of the time. The Roastery is huge, diverse, and interesting. We had really good food, interesting drinks and we could have had a cocktail if we wanted to and that gets top marks in my book.

  • Fantastic experience. Much better than the first Starbucks store on Pike Pl. This place has a wonderful vibe and elevates coffee to almost a heavenly experience. Try the flight of Bourbon whiskey with cold brew. The pizza was also good. Staff was helpful and enthusiastic. Definitely recommend for a tourist and a local alike.

  • This place is great. You can see how they make the coffee and alcoholic beverages. They need to make more Starbucks bars everywhere. They make the drinks in front of you and are smooth. The alcoholic drinks a very good and the environment is very nice. It is just hard to find a parking spot in it's location. Great place to visit!
