The Wandering Goose Reviews & Ratings
Solid breakfast biscuit spot on Cap Hill. I got one of the breakfast biscuit sandwiches. The biscuit was normal size and a little crispy which wasn’t ideal, but the egg and bacon were pretty good. I also got a side of the country ham, which was a bit too salty for my taste. One knock was the price, everything here is just so expensive- including everything it was $25 for a sandwich, side, and drink. Also, the space is bus-your-self, so not really going there for service, which makes the high prices even more confusing. Overall, this is a good place if you’re hankering for a biscuit breakfast but given the price probably a once every few months place.
Had a handsome slice of cake☺. Almond coconut sponge with chocolate frosting and almond shavings. The sponge on this cake was perfectly baked moist and bouncy, my fork sliced perfect portions every time with out crumbling. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. I got my eye on red velvet for my next visit.
Really delicious food and excellent service. Went here for brunch and ordered the bubble and squeak. It did not disappoint, meat was tender and everything had good flavor.
One of the best Seattle toast I ever had. The american toast flight was delicious. Everything we ordered was amazing. Especially their homemade hot sauce made the meal much better. I couldn't help dipping my sweet potato fries in it. The service is so good and the menu is always changing genuinely good place.
I got their fried chicken biscuit with poached egg and sausage gravy. I thought it was good enough. Chicken batter wasn't flavorful, but it was cooked well and a good size. Gravy was a bit tangy for me but fine otherwise. I'm set to come back for fried chicken dinner and I'm hoping better it is better.
