  • Used to go to HS cross country meets here and I still love it! It's great that there's a quieter spot away from the crowds at Green Lake park. There are lots of people here usually too but most of them are minding their own business here and it doesn't feel as crowded. There is a 3.5 mile trail my team used to run and it's still fun walking it too! There's so much to do here, it's such a great park.

  • A pretty diverse park with soccer fields and a baseball complex. The bike trail and skate park are fun additions. The park provides a path up to a dog park and the Woodland Park zoo. The only concern is the varied homeless camps that we have happened upon on the trails.

  • Old growth forest with open spaces. Close to the Zoo. Some open BBQ grills if you get there early. Be Advised: Late afternoon and evening lurkers in the park. Bring a flashlight after dark. Otherwise great Olmstead city park.

  • How can I possibly say enough good things about this zoo in just one paragraph? WPZ takes the best care of both its animals and its guests. Just visit. You won't regret it! ❤

  • Beautiful park in the city with baseball/softball and soccer fields, walking trails, BMX bike jumps, and tennis courts. Great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
