Pretty decent zoo. It's more of a nature trail with a few animals along the way. Great place to get a beautiful early morning walk or picnic in the open field. The enclosures are decent as far as size but they still house some animals in what I believe to be small quarters. I.e the kangaroo enclosure looks depressive.
Good place to run. Not crowded. People walk their dogs there and it's relatively safe. There is also a dog park there. Many playing fields in top shape for soccer, lacrosse, baseball and tennis. Also has a nice skateboarding bowl which older peeps share willingly with young children. And if you're looking for a little BMX riding, there's a banked, dirt course!
The kids had a great time. There is always so much to see. I highly recommend bringing your own Lunch. There are plenty of places es to sit and eat (and the food sold there is expensive and not too tasty).
Good place to enjoy the entire day with family. Plenty of animals, birds, and information for the kids to spend the entire day. Nice arrangements and assessible facilities.
I really enjoy being outside especially animals. However, the park is huge and plenty of space to enjoy family, friends and have a great time.
