  • Anything and everything is sold here. Visited on vacation and this is a great place to buy souvenirs or every day items. Also the food smells are incredible! Walking around on a winter morning to the smell of pancakes and roasted chestnuts! A must see when visiting Seoul!.

  • Good place for a walk even in 40 degree temps. Many locals shopping, mostly soft goods, numerous sunglasses and glasses frames. Flea market atmosphere and many coffee shops and local foods which I didn't try. Found it interesting, no need to see again.

  • Absolutely amazing! If you have never been to an outside market, you must go while you are in Seoul. We spent half the day and only saw a small fraction of what was there. Bring cash, or get some at the ATM in the subway. You can get along with English just fine, and don't be afraid to haggle!

  • Actually a typical local market that people here to look for bargain. Sometime you may not get a good bargain either as you must know how to bargain. Lots of clothing, shoes, food and food stuff. Nothing special but is enjoyable to walk around and enjoy the atmosphere. One of the stall that selling the hot steam bun is really good.. Long queue and prepare to wait for your food.

  • Such a lively and vibrant market. It’s not great for finding food but it’s perfect for anything else. You can find clothing, souvenirs, packaged food, and other local items. When I went it was off season so it wasn’t very crowded but it was still very busy. I’ve heard, though, that in the high season it is VERY crowded.
