Calle Sierpes - Review

It is inevitable that a city as popular as this one would have a shopping centered tourist trap. But when it looks like this 385 metre long street, the tourist trap part is worth it. Seville’s most popular shopping street has a lot going for it. For starters, it has everything. Food, clothes, a supermarket, antiques, souvenir shops, musicians, painters, cobblers, ceramics, flea markets, household items, artisan shops, boutiques, snack bars, and taverns. It is also a pedestrian street. Awnings stretching out from the roofs of the stores provide shade from direct sunlight and keep the street cool. It is one of the best places in the city for people watching. And there is no way you can walk into the street and leave it without ending up a buying something.
