If you and your toddler are bored looking at each other’s faces, and staring at the four walls of your house, Langleybury Children’s farm will get you up close and personal with an array of animals. The farm offers different kinds of animals ranging from sheep, pigs, calves, goats, ducks, owls and their famous old age pony, the list is endless. The farm is situated within the grounds of a 400 acre estate, gifted to the Local County Council in the 1960’s. In 2007 the Manor and grounds were sold off, the farm and charity are now tenants of The Grove. If you want to have a perfect family day out, let your toddler and child head to the farm’s picnic and play area, which offer a football pitch, plenty of rides and lots of interaction with farm animals. And while they are busy, you can enjoy the BBQ, Bar and Musical Entertainment.
