Having a typical Mediterranean climate makes Side a delightful place to visit all round the year. The winters (November to February) are mild and short. As it rains almost throughout all the winter months, the humidity is relatively high whereas the summers get warm but the humidity is low. Summers hence are the peak tourist season to plan a Side tour.

The best time to visit Side is autumn (mid-September through October) and spring (April, May and mid-June) seasons as the tourists are fewer and you can get some great bargain deals on accommodation.
