This is an archaeological exhibition. It is dedicated to Cambodia’s Khmer heritage. Many of the artefacts presented here have been found around the Angkor sites. Here in the museum, they have been spread out in 8 different galleries. The Angkor era was a golden era in Cambodia’s culture and the richness of it is evident once you have look at the exhibits. On entering you will be provided with the audio tour set. This will guide you through the museum and will give detailed information of all the exhibits that you are interested in. The museum’s architecture is similar to the Khmer style of building. And the exhibits have been preserved very well. Hence you’d feel as if you have been transported back in time!
