A traditional Chinese temple that is known for bringing good luck and fortune to the worshippers, this temple is home to Kuan Yin or Avalokitesvara, the bodhisattva associated with compassion. The origin of the temple dates back to 1884 and the current structure dates back to 1895. Exhibiting Chinese temple architecture and traditional craftsmanship, the temple also survived the destruction during the World War II.

The temple was renovated in the 1980’s to accommodate more worshippers.
