Nylon Coffee Roasters, Singapore Reviews

  • looking for the best cup of coffee in Singapore, look no further than Nylon. for a cafe that specifically sells coffee, they take great care in the brewing and pouring of each cup. ensuring a perfect cup of coffee that is consistent and familiar each time you head back. take your time to explore the different kinds of coffees they offer. they have several filters and espresso to choose from. the ever friendly and knowledgeable staff are ever ready to help you out.

  • If you are after interesting and delicious specialty coffee, you will love Nylon. I stopped by here after having it recommended by several people, and I left extremely satisfied. There were four filters and two espresso to choose from - I went with a Kenyan filter and a Costa Rican espresso, both were very tasty! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and clearly very enthusiastic about making great coffees. Definitely check this place out!!

  • Excellent coffee and great service. A must visit place for coffee lovers. However, no cakes or coffee-based drinks available. Only pure coffee or coffee with milk. The downside is that there are almost no chairs to sit down. But then again, that's quite a unique concept in Singapore, and adds addition value to the place.

  • Possibly the best coffeemakers in Singapore. Even with a focus on espressos/black coffee, the white coffees are well-balanced and very pleasing. You'll also be hard-pressed to find anything cheaper for this level of quality anywhere on the island.

  • 3 star for my first visit. I do hope subsequent visit will be better. I ordered a long black and my wife ordered a flat white. My long black was very sour without the nice bitterness that I prefer in my coffee. I had to smell it a couple of times before I can smell the nice coffee aroma. My wife's flat white was much better as the sourness of the coffee was balanced out by the milk. There's only three seats and one big standing communal table. It was pretty noisy with most of the customer to be youngsters busy taking photo of their latte art instead of drinking their coffee. The owner also initially forgot my long black. I wasn't upset that my order was forgotten, I was more upset with the sour coffee as I heared lots of good review for Nylon.
