Reddot, Singapore Reviews
For beer lovers this is a must. I had a RedDot Summer Ale which was great. The food was good, too. Yet it is quite expensive as most other bars/restaurants at the river are. Also: interesting and entertaining restrooms if you ask me. The RedDot is worth a visit. :)
Words cannot describe how happy I was to be finally reunited with the Monster Green Lager. It's been years since I had it and I told myself that if I ever set foot in Singapore again, I would make a beeline straight for this place. I am glad I kept my word. Also had the chance to try 2 other craft brew and they were all good. Now, when will I be back?
So this brewery is one of the place/ bar which have sustained the changes boat quay has seen. They play sports mostly and one of the few places in Singapore where you can watch cricket. Just incase you didn't know boat quay is located in the central business district area of Singapore. They are known for their own brewed beers and used to be really famous for green and red beer.
Another stop on the Singapore craft beer scene! RedDot is situated right along Old Boat Quay and offers some great waterside views. I can’t comment on the food but they do offer a wide range of in-house beers, including your standard fares plus more exotic varieties such as the Black Rice Lager, Monster Green Ale, or the Sauvignon Ale. For variety-seekers, RedDot offers a flight of six beers. Be forewarned, these samplers come in double shot glasses that barely offer enough volume to get a taste. Overall though, a worthwhile visit and one to look out for if you are near Clark Quay. My recommendation to RedDot: increase the volume of the individual beers in your flight. If you need to decrease the count from six to four beers for cost off-setting, I think patrons would find that a reasonable compromise.
We celebrated our friend’s birthday with lot of green beer towers! Friendly staff, Great music especially on Saturday night. And they have their own brewery.
