Lac Souterrain St-leonard, Sion Reviews

  • It was very beautiful. The surrounding countryside was beyond gorgeous and reminded me of some of the most beautiful parts of France mostly because of the vineyards. In this attraction you get to go into the tunnel on a boat. It is nice. There is a little to see. We went there on a hot summer day so the tunnel was like stepping into air conditioning :-)

  • It is definitely worth a visit. The cave is quite spectacular. If you want something bigger definitely visit the Ali Sadr water cave in Hamedan, Iran though: it is a whole different level.

  • Beautiful lake but only accessible with guided tour. We had a great tour guide though. All in all, worth it

  • Really gorgeous surroundings. The cave is nice. Very cool. Was refreshing in the summer heat

  • Nice for a 30min guided boat trip on this big lake in a cave. The deepest part of the cave is 10m and the highest point 12m above the water (if I remember correctly :). The cave is of course a bit chilly, so great escape for a hot day. The guide explains the history of the cave in English, German and French.
