Karahunj Reviews & Ratings

  • Unsolved mystery that keeps one amazed and amused PROS 1) close to the main road for one to enjoy during his road trip 2) beautiful scenery and landscape 3) mysterious ancient site CONS 1) the access road isn’t comfortable unless one drives a 4x4 off road vehicle. We had to walk on foot to get there from the main road 2) still parts of it are under excavation and restoration

  • A very mystical and beautiful place set in the backdrop of the Sisian mountains. One can only be in awe while standing in the very spot that ancient astronomers did thousands of years ago. Still more magic being discovered. Definitely a must see while in Armenia. Trail walking up is a bit muddy if the car you're with can't take you up.

  • Historical place with a lot of rocks. It’s better to visit it with a guide.

  • Amazing place, I heard the story that this is one of the three the most polat stonehenge in the world and energy there is different.

  • Perfect Nature of Armenia
