  • Good place to die The overall Maintanance is horrible here, there is washboard in front of a ton of jumps and every time I come up here someone is getting carted off the mountain in an ambulance. There was a fatality here earlier in the year from the hat I heard was a first time biker not wearing a helmet, which makes me think they are massively understaffed. Not a good place to learn.... It could be great if they put a fraction of the the work they put into the ski area, into the mountain bike park. I voiced my opinions on maintenance to Tom the GM about trail maintenance, the morning before the fatality occurred and he didn’t seem to care much, when I asked who his boss was he said he didn’t have one....

  • Great local ski resort with the backing of a large corporation. Epic pass participant makes it even better! Terrain has a little of everything but if you’re new to the sport there are only a couple green runs. We are a family of 6 and it’s nice and close with a good beginner area for the little kids.

  • Met my niece here for a picnic supper. She and a friend are hiking the PCT and it was great to have picnic tables available to eat at. Very neat and clean.

  • It's got a lot of new buildings, mostly supra-over-priced eateries ($5 for a soda!) and a few repair shops. It's clean and roomy, though. Winter's good for skiing (and they have Nordic trails), summer's all mountain bikes. Yeah.

  • Was very wide and open and had a decent cafe. Also were other things to do there. Has a public bathroom.
