This restaurant was recommended to us by a good fried with excellent taste so my expectations were high. Shtastliveca managed to exceed all my expectations. From the service to the food everything was perfect. Our waiter learned it was my birthday and even prepared a special surprise. The restaurant is lively, fun, unique and the staff seemed genuinely concerned in the quality of your dining experience. I recommend making a reservation.
I visited several restaurants during my weeks stay in Sofia and this was in my opinion the best. The interior decor is a mixture of shabby chick/country rustic and creates a great ambience. The food was top notch with a wide variety of items on the menu. In terms of cost it was substantially cheaper than what I would expect to pay in the UK.
My third favorite restaurant. Always excellent food quality. Personnel is very friendly and helpful. Huge menu will leave you satisfied. I recommend you to visit it mid week around 20:30 - 21:00 and to avoid the too much noisy weekends.
The food was nice, but the waiter a bit strange. The place is looking fine from the inside. It feels like you're in an old woman's house. The furniture is like the one from the previous century but still modern. The reason for my rating is that it was extremely noisy, especially between 8 and 10 pm. We could hardly hear each other.
All of my friends like this restaurant. I am very glad to visit it. There are many choices even vegan and the food is great with interesting presentation. You need a reservation if you with to find a table. The restaurant has tables outside and you can enjoy of the city and feeling to be in the heart of the Sofia. Do not miss to have dessert.
