Bhalka Tirtha - Review
The Bhalka Tirth is probably the most pious place in Somnath basically because of the stories associated with it. According to legend, thousands of years ago Lord Krishna was resting on a deerskin in the jungle at the particular spot when a tribal hunter named Jara mistook his foot to be of a deer and shot an arrow at it. Knowing that his time had come, Lord Krishna graciously pardoned the hunter and started walking to the confluence of the 3 rivers. Currently a small temple stands at the spot to mark its importance and is dedicated towards Lord Krishna’s incredible feats and teachings. A blue colored idol of Lord Krishna in a meditating posture is inside the temple for devotees to pray to.

Bhalka Tirtha, Somnath Reviews
If going Somnath go here too. A place where Lord Krishna had left his body. This place does not take much time. Nice.

Very peacefull place...but too dirty surroundings to pass time there....morning arti at 7 am is too good....
Very nice place. Positive vibes through out. This is the place where Lord Krishna was resting. From Ban Ganga the arrow hit to Lord Krishna at Bhalka Tirtha. Carry you bottled water with you. Water is very saline.
The place is very nice and calm. It's situated in veraval city. It is said the death Place of the loard krishna of Hindu religion in India and the tree under which loard krishna was shot with an arrow is still there and temple is constructed around the tree. Recently the temple trust has built the completely new temple while keeping the main idol intact. The temple is situated on main road and has free parking and plenty of open space. Though it's not a giant temple, by visiting we can realise the historical importance of the temple easily. Must visit if you are travelling to somnath temple.
