Sonoma Overlook Trail Reviews & Ratings
Great little warm-up spot to get the blood pumping and enjoy the Vista overlooking Sonoma. I hiked it early in the morning in August and the temperatures were cool and pleasant, and I saw some deer off the side of the trail. Interesting flora and fauna being out in a dry coastal climate!
Nice trail. Easy to find. Friendly people. Lots of signs and benches. Minus 1 star due to bicycle restrictions and dog restrictions.
Nice short hike with a good overlook of Sonoma town. Recommend if you have an hour to kill in the area. Highlight was seeing a California King snake.
A nice hike, pretty easy but there's an incline. View is nice and you can see SF from the top in nice weather. As of March 2019 a pert of the trail is closed and there's a path that overpasses the closed bit. Look for the sign with the map for more info.
Friendly hikers on the trail with great views. Super place for families.
