Castello Orsini is a 13th century Italian castle located in the town of Soriano nel Cimino in the province of Viterbo. Located on top of the hill, this castle dominates the medieval village of Soriano nel Cimino. From its construction till mid-nineteenth, this castle was home to the ruling kingdom but was later abandoned. It was in 1848 this castle was converted into a prison. Today, this prison complex is closed and the castle still awaits its final status. This place is open to visitors only on Saturdays and Sundays.
