South Bend Chocolate Company, South Bend Reviews - Write a Review
I went here last spring and have visited before. One of my favorite places. The tour is fun and interesting. The gift shop is cool. They also have samples to try and great sales and specials on treats. The staff is consistently friendly and upbeat. What a fun place to work! They will also ship treats to your lived ones. Will definitely visit again!
I really enjoyed the factory tour here. It was short but informational. The tour guide was great. They have great prices. The chocolate covered coffee beans are the best.
This is an amazing place! They have wonderful staff and a great owner. My family goes there every year!
We paid $5 each for the "inside-scoop" tour. We were very disappointed. We didn't see anything but machinery that wasn't even running. The employee who took us on the tour acted like a disgruntled employee. The tour guide, Honest Abe, had many negative things to say about his job, the company, the processes, and the merchandise. The chocolate surprises consisted of trying one kind of candy. And the being able to dip a plastic spoon in chocolate was rushed and seemed to be a bother to the employee.
I have been eating these chocolates for about the past year they have them once a month at Christ Hospital and that's why I first tasted and fell in love with their chocolate so now I order it because I'm in Illinois and it is the best chocolate I've tried all the different kinds they have you will love them and the girls and phone couldn't be any sweeter and helpful great personal service thank you South Bend done a great job and I am a connoisseur of chocolate
