Thomas F Regan Memorial Park - Review
The best thing people have to say about this beach is how family friendly it is. The next best thing is how non-touristy it is. Clean and small, and laid out along the shores of the beautiful Lake Tahoe, the place is like a unexpected gift. There are volleyball areas, and picnic areas. There are bathroom stalls, and beach rentals. There’s a snack store. There’s a beach of shallow water, and play ground for kids. There is a lot of parking space, and it’s free.

Been going here since I was a kid. No major beach proportion available but nice play area for the kids (be careful because right at waters edge. Only barrier is an open metal rail that goes directly to jagged rocks below). But does have a nice grassy area with a volleyball play area. Public restrooms avail. as well.
This has always been my favorite beach in South Lake Tahoe. I love going there to hang out, take pictures of the sunset, or just to sit and think. It's a great beach
I give it 3 stars because the watter is pretty dirty but it's not like the city can change that. The bathrooms are a joke plywood doors, different sink fixtures and faucet fixtures. The plumbing for the bathrooms is mediocre and a child could litterly shut off the watter to the bulding. Other than that the sunrise is good to watch and they have nice grass. For a public place on the lake it could be better but for free you get what you get
Beautiful little spot tucked away. I zenned there. ❣️
Went swimming today here! it has a little beach area nothing big. nowhere to really relax privately the bathrooms are open and clean and as a nice park. good for a picnic with a views
