Metro Hotel Perth, South Perth Reviews
We always come here for work related events (training). Always great food, friendly staff. Clean toilets!
Rooms stuck horribly of smoke, reception were quite rude when we did deal with them, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. Only good thing was the view.
Great customer service, amazing food and room service. Happy to accommodate to dietary requirements and very friendly. Nice sized room, good value for money and incredible river views.
Nice place. Good price & @ short notice
I stayed at a Riverview room and the view was very beautiful. The room and bed were comfortable and nice, but the bathroom needs renovation. The hall on the 9th floor needs improvement too. The staff were generally nice except Muri who checked us in late at night. He was the unfriendliest hotel receptionist I've ever met. He didn't even answer my Hi! Maybe he was sleepy. Another thing to improve is the location of the restaurant kitchen, the smell of food is everywhere. Finally, the free car park was a great thing.
