The Little Lucca Sandwich Shop was established in the year 1980 and since then has been serving delectable sandwiches to locals and tourists alike. Their sandwiches include the popular original garlic sauce which is what they are famous for. From Bologna to cheese, chicken to Italian cured meats, turkey to vegetarian delight, double beef to wild turkey, they have an extensive selection of sandwiches. The shop has a rather straightforward setting, the friendliest staff members, and sandwiches that are available at a very reasonable rate. While you are in South San Francisco and are craving some delectable sandwiches, the Little Lucca Sandwich Shop wouldn’t disappoint you.

Little Lucca Sandwich Shop Reviews & Ratings
We've been rejected twice one hour before it closes because they were sold out of bread. They should order more bread than usual to be able to serve until they close. This is a good place to eat, but this issue must be resolved.
DO NOT EAT HERE... because this place will ruin other sandwiches for you forevermore! This is humble abode that houses a deli style counter with station workers that will make your sandwich exactly like you want it. Their sandwiches are fully loaded, and my gf couldn't even finish half of hers. Their sandwiches are loaded with dressing, healthy portion of deli meat, and their bread is perfectly crispy. Expect all the toppings, including a delicious garlic sauce! There is a modest parking lot and outdoor seating for those who can't wait to take a bite. This is the best sandwich I've ever had, and consider yourself wanted that it will leave other deli's wanting!
Our roast beef sandwich was awesome. I love how they make them. Great atmosphere. Glad we had a chance to stop by on our vacation.
Amazing. The buffalo chicken sandwich I got was ENORMOUS. It was honestly the first sandwich is a long time, I couldn't finish. So delicious! I can't wait to go back!
The sandwiches themselves are definitely 5 stars. They're delicious! Flavorful, huge, and definitely not skimpy on the toppings. The reason why I give it 3 stars is because the place itself is very filthy. The fans are dusty, food stains on the cieling, walls are black from stains and wear and tear. Little Lucca was converted from a house to a sandwich shop so it's pretty tiny and when it's busy you're going to be crammed in an awkward line but that just shows you how good this place is. Also, some of the employees are really rude (mostly the ones that have been working there for a long time) and not friendly at all. I've been going to Little Lucca for 5 years and i find the recently hired employees are much friendlier and polite. Anyways that's my opinion on Little Lucca Sandwich Shop.
