Planetshakers Church Melbourne City, Southbank Reviews
This church is all about the senior pastors instead of God. They preach about God but they are contrary to the way they live and lead. They are so precious about letting people grow and lead. They just want to be the centre of attention all the time. They do try to portray that they care about people and want people to grow but if you are not well known or be known by someone they like, they won’t bother with you. Or when they feel threatened that their position might be replaced or come close, they’ll bully you and make everyone isolate you so you would ‘want to leave on your own accord’, thinking God called you elsewhere. They kept pushing to reach for new people but when you are connected, you are simply put on a database. When someone wants to move on to another church, all the people they know from that church will isolate and avoid them. It’s disheartening and disappointing. Nothing genuine about them. So many people have left and it’s about time they take feedback seriously and make a change within themselves before trying to reach out to others.
If you’re looking for an encounter with God week in and week out, this is the place to be. Awesome atmosphere with loving pastors every single Sunday. Shaking the planet for His glory.
Great place for church and to experience God, however it is very big and without going to connect groups it may be hard to get connected into the church.
I very much loved your concert in phillipines 2018 this year in coliseum stadium , Waiting for the album now.
We came to Planetshakers over 6 years ago. It was so refreshing to see a church that loved God and loved people. We felt to call Planetshakers home within a couple of months. We just knew it was were we wanted to plant ourselves. Having 3 children, it was also very important for us to find a church that they too could connect and enjoy being part off. The church has partnered with us in walking side by side in our children's faith journey. It has been so great to see our children flourish in their personal walk with God. The church is genuine and so are the people that welcome you each Sunday. It really feels like family.
