Avista Stadium Reviews & Ratings
I've followed the Durham Bulls most of my life so the bar is high when it comes to atmosphere, stadium, and farm talent. The Avista Stadium, concessions, & level of baseball hold their own. Stadium & grounds are spotless, the field itself is baseball-beautiful, and the view over the outfield fence is trains & mountains. Stampeding wild mustangs is all that's missing. The promotions & customer games are lively & fun. The mascots are funny & charming. Tickets range from $5 - $23 to fit every budget. I will never get used to the price of concessions especially for a family of 5, but it seems to be part of baseball culture. If concessions pricing helps keep the ticket prices down, then so be it. All in all, the Avista/Indians experience is terrific -- even, it seems, for the lady who knits with one eye on the scoreboard.
I went to the game last night Indians vs. Dust-Devils and I was very impressed with the facility and especially the staff. Super friendly, approachable and just plain happy to be there. That place is run like a well-oiled machine and on my way out I purchased tickets to another game! Great job!
Well call couldn't find our tickets for the game so ended up having to buy more tickets. Wish the people in the booth would have been more helpful with the situation and tried a little harder to look for them.. besides that the game was fun and the lines for vendors weren't to bad.
Great night out at the ball game. Good food and good beer selection.I was amazed by the plenty kid activities at the Kids Zone includes bouncy castle and a slide. Chalk area as well.
We always have a great time here! For a stadium, the bathrooms are pretty clean, the service at the food stands is usually pretty quick and easy, and we really never have any issue finding our seats or getting food and drinks easily during the games. We love coming here!
