  • Out family loves the Creek out here. If it's running well, you can take a shovel and dig out the soft gravel and make a pretty big swimming hole. You can also dig the gravel and make small rapids for the kids if they have a tube.

  • Great place to go hiking. Enjoy taking the family, and discussing the many different things we can find along the way.

  • I'm am a paraplegic and camped there for 10 days back in june , I was hoping the managers was able to say yes to a accessible access issues to the other side of the creek but wasn't able too . Love this place and will continue to camp there . Accessibly for all Americans is what I'm striving for and hope to make changes all over the USA to get more people out in nature .

  • First review I’ve ever written.Litter everywhere. On the trails , parking lot and campsites. The “easy”trail had a 100’ river crossing, great when you have an eight and ten year old. That was sarcasm. Nothing but highway and gun range noise. Trails were full of fecal matter , horse , dog, human etc. Save yourself never go. There is to many nice places in this state.

  • Beautiful place to go to be outside and get piece of mind. Absolutely free. Lots of trails to hike and view the beauty around. Creek is absolutely amazing. Old cemetery is something to see. It’s a very humbling experience to see old stone markers and to know they lived on the land your enjoying today. They saw the beauty and help preserve this amazing piece of land so we could enjoy it today. Everytime I go it becomes more addicting to return. Love it and please respect the land so future generations can enjoy it as well! Thanks
