St. John's Cathedral Reviews & Ratings
We stopped in to tour the cathedral and accidentally interrupted a group of ladies having a meeting. They graciously stopped to greet us and share information about the church and surrounding area. There was not a formal tour going on at the time but we were encouraged to take a brochure and visit at our own pace. The cathedral is beautiful and peaceful and well worth a visit!
One of the most BEAUTIFUL places of worship I have ever been!! This is a genuine Gothic stone cathedral, I believe it's one of only two true Gothic cathedrals on (near) the west coast. I can honestly say that visiting here was a very moving experience, I truly felt the presence of God, the Son and the Holy Spirit. I felt so welcomed and so much peace and comfort here. Did I happen to mention that this cathedral is breathtakingly gorgeous??!! Make plans to visit here soon, it's something you'll never forget!
Beautiful architecture, friendly congregants and leaders (not sure of titles - priest? pastor? bishop?). Warm, friendly gathering place with coffee and interesting snacks after the service. Very nice experience for a denominational church.
Amazing history and architecture. The staff were kind and welcoming. Definitely plan on coming back again. Highly recommend this place!
what a beautiful church both inside and out . There is a stained glass window that when the sun shines through it turns the inside of the church all red it is so beautiful . I would encourage anyone into architecture and visiting Spokane to visit this church it is such a jewel perched on the south hill overlooking Spokane downtown. How lucky we are to have such a jewel.
