Peck's Farm Market Reviews & Ratings
Biggest petting zoo around which is free. Has a little train ride for the kids ($1 each) no tracks. Great if you need to keep those little monsters busy for an hour or two. Largest selection of popcorn I know about, every flavor you can imagine . For the adults there is really cool sculpted metal lawn art. Maybe you could imagine a purple clematis or tomatoes growing and climbing up your T-Rex or Stegesaurse in your garden. The locals go there for the popcorn. It's a must stop if you are just traveling through.
We have been going here for over six years now...prices keep going up, (nice touch on the dollar store items for 5-15 bucks this year) , and the items inside have depleted into high priced store items...the ONLY good thing about this place is the Animals..even then, they are not taken care of very well...I'm really disappointed....we drive all the way from Monona/ Madison area, and have for many many years...think we will be going to East from now on...Keep it up...you guys will loose regulars in no time. Somehow I don't think they would care...quick buck vs family memories seems to be there motto here
First time here and had a great experience. My Son loved seeing all the animals and getting to feed them. The couple of staff people I ran into was very friendly. Will be making a trip back here for sure!
The best aspect is probably for children with the "farm" animals. I expected to find a wide assortment of vegetables at reasonable prices but today was mostly jams, jellies, preserves, fudge, hard candy, and yard art. It's a good tourist attraction.
Was very nice place and the petting zoo was great. Good for kids. recommended for everyone.
