Best Of All Lookout - Review
As the name suggests most of the travelers would like to come to Springbrook National Park to have a look. The delightful short walk towards the highest lookout on Springbrook Plateau passes through a small patch of ancient Antarctic beech forest. The lookout gives a panoramic view across Mount Warning - the lava plug center. Though the view that can quickly disappear in the fog and mist that suddenly rolls in from the coast.

Well worth the beautiful drive. Then well worth the nice walk through the trail. And then you are presented with one of Australia's best views. You are viewing an extinct Volcano crater & the point in Australia that receives the sun first each day. Look left to the coast and you can see all the way down from the border to deep into New South Wales. Put this on your must do list!
Fantastic lookout. Picturesque drive to get there. Plenty of free parking. Lovely easy 5 minute rainforest walk on wheelchair/pram accessible bitumen path and a viewing deck with amazing views of the local mountains, valleys and coastline. Highly recommended for anyone in the Tweed or Gold Coast regions.
The panoramic view is impressive. Best time to go is before lunch because when there's no ⛅ sun shining it's a cold walk in winter. (We went around 3pm one day in July). Only 350 metres easy walk from the car park.
A short 350m walk from car park. Easy walk. Bitumised track. Great view at end of walk ( definetly deserves its name). Loved the artic beach trees on the way. Also saw lots of small birds on the forest floor.
Easy short walk through the rainforest, walk past some amazing 100+ year old trees and breath taking views from the lookout.
