Schooner Freedom Reviews & Ratings
Wonderful experience and we would highly recommend! We were passengers on a weekend moonlight sailing outing. There was rain and they were kind enough to say if you wait it out we should be good to go shortly but if you don't want to chance it don't worry we won't charge you. I thought they were very friendly and cared about their passengers for offering the option. It stopped raining and we were off. The stars were gorgeous! The crew was friendly and working very hard to keep the boat moving. They offered free beverages such as chard, white zin, sodas, water, and beer. It was not a fancy experience but it was a gorgeous one! They even had a musician playing a few songs on an acoustic guitar. Again we highly recommend!
Awesome cruise. Cap'n Steve and his mates Sydney and Meghan were great. Passing through the drawbridge and then heading in to the open ocean for a bit was a real treat
I took my mom for sunset sail for her 75 birthday. Captain Steve and his crew were fantastic. They shared fun facts along the cruise and even allowed me to have everyone sing happy birthday to my mom and several other guest. Memories that will last a lifetime.
Book this, now. We are experienced sailors and locals and we highly recommend this 2 hour tour. It was my Mom's first sailing experience. This family run business is on point, entertaining, and lovely to be with. Thank you and we will be back with each guest that comes to visit.
Very upset. Had a reservation for a sunset cruise tonight. Just got a call it was canceled due to only 2 couples booked and it wasn't worth them going out. Well it was worth it for my husband and I. They did offer us a booking nex for week but I will not be back in the state for 4 months. If you are going to advertise a set date and time for a cruise you need to honor that and not cancel it if it isn't worth it to your company. We are very disappointed. Update - owner called me personally. Was very sorry for inconvenience. Did offer tickets to be used when good for us. She did mentioned I should have been notified when I booked the reservation that it could be canceled if more didn't book. Was very apologetic. I will give them credit for contacting us personally to try to rectify the problem.
