Shadowed by the historic buildings around the city, the Town Square Park is a loved green space if you want some nature therapy without loosing out on all the urban amenities around the city. The park has a splash pad with jet sprays that are perfect to cool off on summer days along with a lazy river and a waterfall. The place also has a covered pavilion where people love to hang around with some good food and drinks.

The carousel in the park is one of its main attractions along with the Monument (Heritage) tower that stands at a height of 45 feet and has 8 stained- glass windows that depict various incidents in the history of the city. If you are visiting the city during public events, you will see the park decorated with lights. The Art festival, Summer Movies festival and the “First Night” have become local favourites and offer a fun time for visitors.
