Nestled on the Grey Street of St Kilda, the Eildon Mansion was constructed in the 1870s and has been listed on the Victorian Heritage Register. Featuring bay views along with massive Victorian gardens, the mansion boasts of being one of the largest renaissance style houses in the capital city of Melbourne. Initially built to watch Port Phillip, the mansion currently serves as the Melbourne headquarters for The Alliance Francaise. The marvelous ballroom at the mansion now hosts exhibitions and functions while various workshops are also conducted in here.
