If you wish to have a Jewish experience while in Australia, this museum is just the place you can head to. Established by some volunteers in 1977, the museum is home to over 20,000 exhibits which include items with historical, religious, social, ritual, artistic and cultural importance showcasing the history and life of the Jewish community. Housing various galleries, the museum also hosts various temporary exhibitions apart from the permanent ones. The four permanent exhibitions at the museum are as follows-
