Nice park, but more difficult to access if you do not like mountain climbing. Paths for normal walking are more challenging (stairs in form of small rocks, hilly), but relative safe to do (no cliffs).
Nice hike to the cave (1,5 hour), pretty intense for some parts. Better go early to avoid the heat and be on time for the cave (open 10-13). The cave is not so big but nice and a good reward for the hike.
Beautiful park for hikers and rock climbers. We did the trail to the Paklenica house there and back in November. It took us about 5-6 hours, and we took our time. It is easy to get there from Zadar, but in the off-season there is only one bus that leaves in the morning. This place would be perfect to start outdoor rock climbing as it has many entry level climbs.
Had a short time for a visit, but loved it and definitely coming back as soon as I can. Visitor center has indoor climbing wall for kids, and my son absolutely loved it. Next time I am taking at least two days for a more satisfying walk around.
I had great time here. The best place for the walk. I deleted one star ,because if you want to buy something here there is expensive
