There are two reasons to visit the Stockholm Municipal Library. One, you’re a bibliophile. Two, you have a thing for architectural marvels. This early 20th century municipal library has a minimal but attractive orange colored exterior. Inside, the windows in the tall rotunda allows the room to be lit with a very natural light. There isn’t much to see here, but the atmosphere is fantastic. There are always students, who always make for good people watching.

Probably the most comfy library that I have visited. Everything seems easy and simple to use with an incredible ambience. The proof that simplicity can be impressive.
Really cool & oddly shaped building with a unique interior decor. The main are in the center has a nice echo effect if you're in the middle. Too bad it's far from the center, but worth a visit.
Nice building. The interior is pretty cool. There are three levels of bookshelves and an extra part of the library. There are also books in different languages!
I love books and this building gives them justice. It's absolutely amazing! The main circular room has two galleries filled with books on every subject. If I lived in Stockholm, this room would be one of my favourite spots.
A beautiful one of a kind library, definitely worth visiting.
