Shakespeare funerary monument which is a memorial to William Shakespeare is located inside the Holy Trinity Church. The pale blue limestone monument features a demi-figure of the poet holding a pen in one hand and a piece of paper resting on the cushion in the other. The physical appearance of the legendary poet is a beautiful with precisions on eyelashes, eyes, hair, colour, gown and ornaments. The history of the church is full of information so you got to visit this beautiful church. You will not be able to find any flaws. Be it the staff or the grounds or the outstanding architecture, everything is spot on. Paying a visit to the cemetery of the master of literature is no way less than an achievement.

Shakespeare's Grave Reviews & Ratings
Very peaceful and respectful , lots of information available. Definitely worth a visit to see the final resting place of the great bard.
Great place and make sure you use the tea shop as has fab homemade cakes and a selection of drinks at a great price whilst supporting the church.
Nice one to have seen and done. Plus people are extraordinarily friendly and welcoming.
£4 per person to see a grave when you live in Stratford (even if you dont) is way too pricey. Went to see his supposed skull in the RSC for free instead ;)
A voluntary contributions business model would probably be more appropriate.
