The sauces and the salsas are to die for. Chicken wings, burritos, Mexican paella, and margaritas are damn good. When here, don’t forget to try the ribs and the ranch sauce. You will get a very friendly and prompt service which will take your dining experience to another level. Drop in for poppers and hot chicken wings which are going to addict you to the restaurant. • I visited mid week with 4 friends for dinner . It wasn't too busy. Our food was delicious and fresh. Our drinks were refreshing - we took advantage of 6-7 Happy Hour and our service from waiter Alex ( the owner's son ) was amazing! He was helpful with suggestions and attentive. He is a credit to the business. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Subiaco. We used our Entertainment Book Vouchers - not valid for Happy Hour understandably - this made for great value!

  • We came to Santa Fe for happy hour and have been here many times before, and previously I have had good experiences. However, the most recent time was kind of disappointing. The food was great, as it usually is, but the service this time was lacklustre at best. After we ordered our food and the first round of drinks, we were basically ignored. We were ready to order the second round of drinks and we tried getting the wait staff's attention, but they just walked straight past us. They were busy, but not more so than they usually are during happy hour. I don't know if they were just really short staffed or what. They seemed to only have two wait staff working that night and one person at the bar. After a while it started getting ridiculous. One of us even wondered out loud whether or not they were ignoring us on purpose. It certainly started feeling like that when we wait staff walked past us repeatedly without acknowledging us at all. No one checked on us after our initial food/drinks order, or asked us how our meal was going. We tried for about 20-25 minutes before one of us finally got up and walked to the bar to order. The guy she spoke to came back over to the table to confirm our order, and we continued on eating. We waited over half an hour for our drinks, which never came. We weren't sure if our order was given to someone else, or if it had just never been entered into the computer. We were kind of annoyed by this point, and we could no longer take advantage of the 2 for 1 cocktails as happy hour was long over by then. Since that was the main point of going there that night, we decided to just call it a night and went to pay. We discovered the orders for the drinks had been placed, just never given to us because they were on the bill. One of our party pointed out that we had been charged for drinks we never received and all the wait person had to say was "Oh, sorry". I expected a bit more of an apology since we basically were ignored most of the night. We ended up leaving quite peeved, and someone pointed out that there was a For Sale sign posted outside. Perhaps there has been a change in management? That's the only reason I can think of for the sharp decline in the quality of service. Overall our experience was quite disappointing, especially compared to our previous experiences. We would have loved to have ordered quite a few more rounds, and spent a bit more money if someone had paid enough attention to us to take an order.

  • Great restaurant. We got to use the rear area for a work function and the service was good.

  • Recently arrived in Perth for work so eat out by myself from time to time. The first time I came here I was seated but waited 20 minutes before going to find a waiter to take my order. Apologized and said sorry for "forgetting me". Went back again and after waiting 10 minutes someone finally came to take my order. Just as I was about to give it a couple entered the restaurant. She walked away from my table, seated them and then disappeared in the distance. I left. Clearly have a problem with service.

  • Wonderful authentic food prepared by an artist touch of a Master. Attentive service to customer experience.Thank you
