The Bridge to Nowhere was originally meant to connect San Gabriel Valley and Wrightwood. But because of the great floods in 1938, one part of the project was abandoned. The bridge currently goes over Collawash and uniquely ends at Elk Lake creek. The region is primarily used as a hiking trail by the adventure enthusiasts. Also, private companies have arranged bungee jumping on this bridge. Care must be taken while traversing hiking trails in this area because the paths are often not proper. Another attraction nearby is the hot water spring, which you should not miss.
