A replica of an early 1740s grist mill, Old Grist Mill Museum is a part of the National Historic site, Longfellow Wayside Inn. The grinding wheels compliment the history and pleasant surrounding areas. Some of the displays at the museum includes period costumes, old fire-pump engine, store settings from the 19th and 20th century and Indian and bay exhibits. The museum makes for an interesting and educational visit.
