Curtis Park Reviews & Ratings

  • I wish we knew about this place earlier. We loved our visit! Nice little playground area but it was dirty with trash laying around which is unfortunate. The pool opens at 12 and I love that you can bring your own food. They do have hot dogs, chips and drinks. The pool is huge and the baby pool is awesome! The baby pool has a little splash pad area which is fun! A lot of the reviews stated that the place wasn’t overly crowded and we found that to be true. It was a great experience and we look forward to going again. It was $5 to get in and they had plenty of chairs around.

  • I go here for the frisbee/disc golf. This disc golf course is the hardest one I've played- I'm a beginner, played for around a year. I suck at this course, but it's a really good one and has great trails and hills to hike around on. The trails are clean and garbage free, few folks come out here summer. No noise really. Also no poison ivy from what I've ever seen.

  • Great park. The disc golf course is challenging and beautiful with 3 levels of tee boxes ( Pro, Intermediate, and beginner) wish I could rate higher however the disc golf shop was closed during business hours with directions to call a number. Called the number 10 times between two people. And called their main office line twice. No answer.

  • Pool was not crowded and they play music which could be heard throughout the pool ground. Classic rock was awesome. Didn't get any food from the snack bar but the variety of choices (chips, candy, burgers and dogs) seemed good and prices reasonable.

  • This is a nice park and not too crowded. It has a small soccer field, several nice tennis courts, a skate park, a playground with a gaga ball court, public pool, public golf course, public boat launch, and a disc golf course. Lots to do for free here and lots of shade.
