Beautiful place to go on any day of the week. Clean restrooms. Plenty of benches and small grills. I wish there was more green grass and larger trees to for bigger shade area. Great for workouts, dates, family picnics. Dogs welcomed here as well. Parking is $10 for all day.
Absolutely love coming here. They have so much to do. You can hike, camp, fish, boat, sail and swim. There is so many possibilities for all levels of outdoors people. You can take it easy lake side with a picnic or go canoeing and do some bass fishing. We can't wait for the lake to be all the way full and the fish population to come back. This will be one of the best fishing locations in a couple years.
Awesome place all around. Camp site is wonderful for such an urban area. The beach is well designed and taken care of. Environment is pretty and fun but not very diverse or adventurous. Nothing exciting, not a Nat Park or anything. But for what it is, it's a great event venue as well as a solid place to camp or hang out for day use by the lake.
I've been here many times with family and friends. It's great! Make sure you bring a shade tent because if you plan to sit next to the water there is absolutely no shade. Camping is fun here! Lots are fairly large and they have a lot of bathrooms that are well kept. Guy goes around selling firewood and ice so that is super helpful! Riding the jetskis is amazing and the water is always glassy! It's a great spot to relax and be outdoors. Pet friendly!
Lake perris is beautiful.. my 2 dogs and I parked up at the museum wanting to hike to Terri Peak, and found out no dogs are allowed at all.. we did however walk the paved path by the water instead totalling just under 4 miles. They happily swam to cool off...
