Iskcon Temple - Review

Surat, lying in the state of Gujarat has a population dominated by Jains. There are plenty of Krishna devotees here and thus, the existence of the pioneeringinternational Krishna community here was a must. Needless to say, that this is one of the most important spiritual institutions of Surat, that pioneers “Krishna consciousness”. If you happen to be around the aarti, you will be able to experience the devotees’ reverberation. The adjoining River Tapi adds to the tranquil vibe of this temple.

  • Awesome and a very special place for me. So much memories are made here with the temple and the surrounding places of temple. Book stall of the temple has a very good religious books with a great combination of music cds and all the stationery materials providing or available here is made me fee so special about the place and the area of garden is also can be a place were you can met your own soul and found your actual l soul in the peaceful environment of the temple.. The indian festival krishn janmashtmi is a great celebration of the temple and of the iskon religion. The big big big celebration is organised by the the iskon trust itself. A really peaceful place for couples and families who actually needs the environment to sit with their soul.
