Parking instructions were horrific. After calling in the morning to see if our apartment was ready, and we were told it was, we arrived to be told it would not be ready till late afternoon. I signed for the keys and left left our credit card. We returned after 5 to find the office was locked and no keys were left in the 24 hour box. There was no phone number for after hours. We had to stay at another hotel for the night. 1 set of keys, 1 toilet roll, 3 towels for 4 people staying 3 nights. The apartment was difficult to find. It was in a good position and had a great kid friendly out door pool. Pity about holiday holiday management. And yes we did get 1 nights refund. I would not recommend going through Holiday Holiday Management!!!
Walking into the building is astonishing then walking into your room is an even more of a 'wow' sensation. The view and the comfort is amazing. Stores on ground level just next to the building is also very reliablwle. Overall a wonderful decision to make if your planning to stay in Gold Coast.
DO NOT recommend terrible service very rude staff. Not worth the money for a Plain hotel very dated. Very disappointed with the hotel and staff. Over priced!!!
Amazing view from the 43rd floor. The room was lovely. Reception staff were very friendly. The playground and pool area was great, the kids loved it! So easy to get to Coles and heaps of cafes and restaurants nearby. Only a short walk to the beach as well. This is the second time we've stayed here.
very well positioned. Dropping off son for "Schoolies". Good organisation and security. Room was quite large compared to others we'ce experienced. WOuld be great for a family holiday also
